Why Party Prompt exists

Most birthday party planning advice online is scattered across a dozen Pinterest boards, half-finished blog posts, and printable PDFs that want your email address before they hand over a wording sample. Party Prompt is the opposite of that — every page is browsable, every wording sample is free to copy, and every planning checklist is right there on the page.

We focus on three things: invitation wording that you can copy and personalize in under a minute, theme ideas that include the practical details (decor, cake, activities, favors) instead of just a mood board, and planning guides that walk through the calendar, the budget, the food, and the after-party thank-you notes.

Who Party Prompt is for

Party Prompt is built for parents, grandparents, caregivers, and party planners who want a single bookmark for kids' birthday party planning. We cover ages one through twelve, every kind of theme from dinosaurs to disco, and every wording style from classic to formal to rhyming.

How we organize content

Every theme on Party Prompt has its own page with an overview, a color palette, six wording styles (each with multiple samples), decoration ideas, cake suggestions, party activities, food ideas, party favor ideas, and links to age-tuned wording variants. Browse by category, by wording style, or by birthday kid's age — whichever fits how you plan.

Free to use

All wording samples on Party Prompt are free to copy and adapt for your own personal birthday party invitations. We're supported by the small ads on each page; if you've found us useful, the easiest way to thank us is to tell another parent.
